Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. Your refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  3. You must have completed 100% of the course content.
  4. You must have completed 100% of the course Quizs & QnA and Make Sure 80% Correct Answers.

Refund Process

We will review your request and process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your request. Exceptions

Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy usually applies in exceptional circumstances. Refund issues may arise from any error or defect on our end, but only after a thorough evaluation of the entire situation.

Charges apply to services that need investments (software, outside assistance, APIs, or platforms).

When a client decides they no longer want to work with us. therefore breaches the contract; as a result, there will be no refund and a penalty to pay.

Furthermore, the terms of the return will be made explicit in the contract that the client must sign before work may begin.
